Matthew has 15+ years experience as a municipal planner and is a member of the American Planning Association.  He has a Bachelor's Degree in Regional Planning and a Certificate in Geographic Management Systems (GIS). He is extremely familiar with reviewing plans and he is accustomed to the inner workings of municipal government.

His experience ranges from zoning issues to conservation concerns.  Whether its an easement, a subdivision of land, or even a restrictive covenant, Matthew can help you understand the ins and outs of any complex issue involving land management. 

Matthew also has experience in the Assessor’s division and can help you value your home based on current tax profiles and marketing trends for your community.
