Rich is a seasoned REALTOR® and real estate investor with a wealth of experience owning, renting, and leasing properties across six different states. His background as an executive in high-tech software companies has equipped him with a unique skill set in marketing, sales, social media, data analysis, AI, and negotiations - tools he expertly uses to help clients meet their real estate goals while maximizing their return on investment.
Currently licensed in four states (MA, CT, RI, and NH), Rich offers clients the flexibility they need to find their ideal primary or vacation home, as well as investment properties.
Outside of real estate, Rich is a loving husband and proud father of three daughters and one grandson. He loves spending time with his family, whether it’s exploring local beaches, hiking in state parks, or traveling to international destinations. A self-proclaimed foodie, Rich is always on the lookout for new and exciting restaurants to try across New England.
